Can I come as a beginner?
Absolutely! R&B Dance Fitness is designed for everyone, whether you’ve danced before or are just starting out. There’s no experience needed—just come ready to move, have fun, and connect with your body.
Can I come if I have two left feet?
Yes! This space is all about feeling free and enjoying yourself, not about being a perfect dancer. No judgment, just a chance to let loose, feel the rhythm, and move at your own pace.
How can I build the courage to step out of my comfort zone and come?
We know it can be intimidating, but stepping out of your comfort zone is where the magic happens! Our community is welcoming and supportive, and once you’re in class, you’ll feel that uplifting energy right away. It’s all about having fun and owning your power.

Are you online?
Very soon, we will offer online classes for those who can’t make it in person, so you can still get your booty shaking and connect with the community from home.
How long do the classes go for?
Each class is one hour long, packed with high energy, great beats, and plenty of movement to get you feeling amazing.
Do I have to do the affirmations?
We encourage everyone to join in, but it’s completely up to you. The affirmations are about setting the tone for self-love and confidence, but you can participate at your own comfort level.
